1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

👍 We Accept Returns For:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received
  • Product quality issues
  • Missing parts

🚫 We Do Not Accept:

  • Change of mind (if opened/used)
  • Final Sale / Clearance items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Requests after 30 days

2. Shipping Costs & Refunds

📦 Who pays for return shipping?

  • EDUTIRA pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer pays for "Change of Mind" returns.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is likely already being processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled instantly.

3. Common Issues

💔 Damaged / Incorrect Item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can send a replacement fast.

🚚 Lost Package?

If marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24-48 hours. If still missing, contact us!
