What kind of toys does EDUTIRA offer?
EDUTIRA focuses on educational, development-based toys. Many of our products are inspired by Montessori principles and are designed to support fine motor skills, problem solving, creativity, focus, and independent play.
Are your toys safe for young children?
Yes. We carefully select toys that meet international safety standards. However, please always check the recommended age range on each product page and supervise young children, especially with items containing small parts.
What age groups are your toys suitable for?
Our collection is mainly designed for children from 1 to 8 years old. Each product page includes a specific age recommendation so you can choose the best fit for your child's developmental stage.
Are EDUTIRA toys only for Montessori families?
Not at all! While many of our toys are Montessori-inspired, they work beautifully in any home. Our focus is on hands-on, child-led learning, regardless of your educational philosophy.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change anything, email support@edutira.com immediately with your Order Number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and secure wallets like PayPal or Apple Pay (depending on your region). All transactions are encrypted and secure.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, EDUTIRA ships to many countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a Tracking Number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package’s journey.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the wait! Please email support@edutira.com with your order number, and we will contact the carrier to locate your package.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please check our full Refund Policy page for details.
